If you need to recover an account but have lost the password and email;

1. create a new email address

2. create a new account on GE . u need to login to passport to access Support, game feedback)

3. on the official website , click on support, game feedback and make a report of the incident. State your original account ID, reasons and the new email.

4. Fax a copy of your indentity card (front and back) to +65 68988881. Attention to Gm and also state your original account and new email.

5. GM will manually change the email and sent password to the new email address. you can call +65 68988881 to check the status
