i changed hi name Zinister. (with a dot) because Zinister was used already. i dont know why.. he might have registered 2 accounts

^its not crazy.. banning is just too harsh.. ip address will be blocked.. it will not do any good.
i agree that ingame name should be registered but we should ask first why they weren't able to do that? and the reason was he wasnt able to verify his email in his first account which is Zinister thats why he came up of that long name..
Solution is just plain. just by simply replacing his name. since your problem is just the way he made his name.
